Personal Training:

After a thorough assessment, you will receive comprehensive recommendations to help you achieve:

Training Options:
Research and experience show cross training is THE BEST way to improve overall fitness.  Cross training is simply combining different forms of exercise to work all aspects of the body.  Cross training stimulates your body with different movement patterns, speeds, angles and workloads; prevents boredom and burnout; breaks plateaus; and adds variety for greater challenge and enjoyment.  Here are some training techniques I utilize in my programming: 

  • Strength- Pilates, Dumbbells, Bodybars, Tubing, Bands, Gliding Discs, Bosu, Resist-A-Balls

  • Cardio- Treadmill, Step, Low Impact Aerobics, Elliptical, Aerodyne Bike, Intervals, Circuit, Water Exercise

  • Flexibility- Yoga, Body Rolling, Active Isolated Stretching, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)
Working out
Training Fees:    
Private One on One Training 30 min ($35/session)* 60 min ($65/session)*
Partner Training (share cost w/ buddy) 30 min ($18 each)* 60 min ($33)*
Small Group (share w/ 3-6 buddies) 30 min ($6-12 each)* 60 min ($11-22 each)*

*Fees are prepaid monthly to reserve your training schedule. The above fees reflect a five dollar prepayment discount per session. You also have the option to pay hourly at each session. However, please note this option does not reserve your future schedule and the fee will be five dollars more per session.

 

Nutrition Counseling:
The following nutrition services are available separately or in conjunction with personal training:
